This quote from C.S. Lewis’ famous Chronicles of Narnia (The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe) is the inspiration for our name, but it’s so much more than that. It speaks to the heart of who we are.

ONCE

We respect the past: the sights, sounds, smells, tastes, textures, and beloved memories. They inform our designs and enrich our experiences, and we always endeavor to strategically repurpose items and include a sense of history in what we do.

A KING OR QUEEN

We believe that God has imbued every human with the value and dignity of royalty by the sacrificial love He displayed for all of us. This is an imperative for every interaction we have.

OF NARNIA

Narnia is a magical land where animals talk and forests come alive and ordinary people are inspired to face the darkness bravely. We want to create spaces and experiences that exceed expectations and evoke wonder.

Most of the time people return from the imaginative lands they visit, but we think it is important for the magic to continue. That is why we focus on developing practices that are sustainable both by our community and our planet, and we also commit our proceeds to partners that are creating practical magic for those who need it.
